Agora Partners specialises in managing large public funded projects. The company has considerable experience in coordinating, supervising and managing R&D and other large scale publicly funded projects for universities, research institutions and public and private companies. It typically provides the financial management, contract management, liaison with the European Commission, IPR management and Dissemination & Visibility activities of such projects. Project Management activities include assisting the Coordinator in all administrative and management tasks prior, during and after the project, including implementing decisions taken by the coordinator; assisting in the organisation of consortium meetings; enforcing reporting by consortium members; advising on financial aspects - eligibility and costs and preparing certification of financial statements procedures to be used by applicant and partners. Agora Partners will ensure balance between the industrial and academic interests, and assist Coordinators and Partners in managing their project effectively while ensuring they are well aware of all relevant EU rules & guidelines. In short, Agora Partners will enable consortium partners to concentrate on the execution & implementation of the project by taking care of all administrative, financial and legal issues and thus saving time for the other partners. In order to support the Coordinator and the Dissemination, Communication and Visibility activities, specialists in content writing and use of social media will be provided. Agora has the required know-how to deliver complex and sophisticated messages in simple, clear and informative language. It specialises in writing for websites and therefore, it will make sure that the information on the project website will be well-written and well-presented, interesting, accurate and up-to-date. The activities will include content writing, utilising social network community sites (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook), maintaining a “Project” Blog and Search engine optimisation.

Innovation Management is a process, which requires an understanding of both market and technical problems, with a goal of successfully implementing appropriate creative ideas using a novel approach. Marketing the products and/or services of the project is key to the project’s long-term success, therefore the management of this process must be performed in both a cost effective, innovative and effectual manner. Agora Partners will ensure that the outcomes of the project will be translated into a profitable business in order to ensure the sustainability of the project.

Agora Partners has vast experience in Project Management, Innovation Management & Business Planning and the Communication, Visibility and Dissemination of the results of the projects. Its key personnel managed more than 15 EU funded projects from FP4 onwards.
